When in Rome, do as the Romans do

Although tourism reflects the religious beliefs of  Muslim countries, liberal Islamists fear that the ethics of some tourists disrespect their faith. Tourism is a supported practice in the Qur’an, and Muslim countries are well aware of the cultural, educational, and spiritual values it instills, as well as the monetary benefits it provides to their economy. However, conservative Islamist groups might not be supportive of tourism because of the unethical activities that some visitors engage in, such as drinking alcohol or nudity on beaches, which goes against their religious and moral values. Although it might not be a hindrance to tourism industries yet, they still advise tourists to respect and adhere to the norms and traditions of the country  so that tourism can reflect proper ethics.
