Update on WRTA Travel Ministry Conference in Chicago
Registration is still open for the World Religious Travel Association’s (WRTA) Travel Ministry Conference at the Field Museum in Chicago June 17. Travel agents, pastors, ministry leaders and members of the faith community can network during the provided breakfast and lunch. Attendees will learn about faith-based travel from Rev. Ruth Newell, who is involved with the Ministry Team, Pastoral Care Team, Communion Team, and the Prison Ministry Team at Living Water Community Church in Bolingbrook. Conference participants will meet Kevin J. Wright, the president of WRTA and author of The Christian Travel Planner. The conference is an opportunity to meet with exhibitors and build product knowledge. Participants can enter to win door prizes available from exhibitors, which includes two tickets to Skydeck Chicago. Admission to the museum and parking is included in registration.
